A FAST
AND EASY WAY TO MARK GLASS, METAL,
PLASTIC AND MANY OTHER MATERIALS
The 7827 is a Stationary Floor Model. It
will mark an area of 7" diameter. Excellent for marking plate glass and
other material.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Part
to be marked is held firmly on rubber mask which is mounted to cut out
stencil plate. A blast of grit through mask produces etched mark on surface
of part. Time of blast and air pressure are controlled by setting timer and
air regulating valve. Grit is then returned to hopper for reuse.
MASKS
The
etching masks are molded from different types of rubber; synthetic or
natural. The masks are relieved with stencil style characters, special
designs or trademarks which are reproduced with amazing clarity. The
durability and quality provides long life. Cost per mark is extremely low.
The mark is not limited to flat surfaces. Tubular, convex or concave shapes
can be marked with the use of a nesting feature.
